Thoroughly enjoyed spending my time in this fairly clean family-friendly hotel. All the staff was amicable. The location was good, so close to Dallas and easily accessible. Had tea and goodies at Norma's Cafe, nestled 1 mi of the venue.

The sandwiches at nearby Outback Steakhouse were on point, and I loved grabbing a quick breakfast from Einstein Bros. Bagels. The spacious room had a full kitchen setup, made cooking easy, and I appreciated the nice size refrigerator and utensils provided.
A lady at the front desk stirred up drama with her loud complaints, while the staff just kept calm, communication could use a bit of polishing. Plus, the ongoing noise from the traffic outside was a little much at night. Still, the hotel remains a solid choice despite these bumps!

The confusion during check-in due to room cleanliness was frustrating!!! Having to wait for a room that was actually ready shouldn't be a norm for any hotel. Improve the housekeeping standards!!!

Confusion during check-in proved frustrating, as I was given a room that wasn't ready, resulting in a 30-minute wait. Further, cleanliness issues marred the experience, with reports of roaches and a broken shower that significantly impacted comfort and hygiene.

The Beautiful Quadruple Room had a nice size refrigerator, stove top, and plenty of dishes, made meal prep convenient. The room felt cramped despite being labeled as spacious. The location didn't provide much in terms of entertainment or dining options, and the noise from nearby traffic was disruptive at night. The croissants served during breakfast were a good treat.
